Keep Your New Years Resolutions

Keep Your New Years Resolutions

Every year, people from all over the world make New Years Resolutions. These usually involve developing healthier eating habits or exercising more often. Starting these lifestyle changes can be difficult to do cold turkey.

When creating a fitness related resolution, be realistic. It is better to start small and work your way up based on your fitness level. Consider your resolution and how easy of difficult it will be to keep; this involves planning your execution and fitness routine. Once you begin your resolution, reward yourself accordingly! And keep going, don’t give up. Even if you forget a workout, keep it up and you will be happy with the result.

Healthy Eating

Again, start small. Include others in your family, this will provide support and make it easier for you to stay on track. Choose to eat a lot of your favorite healthy foods; nobody wants to eat something they don’t enjoy. Pick a reward for each week you stay on your plan, this could be one sweet treat or even a mini shopping spree!
