How to eat more fruits and veggies

As we all know, it can be a difficult task to get our families to eat their fair share of fruits and veggies, especially the kiddos.

We have a few tips to eat more fruits and vegetables.

When you bring fruits or veggies home, clean and cut them right away and place them in an easy to grab place in your fridge.

Fill half of the dinner plates with your choice of fruit or vegetables, or a combination. This makes it much more easy to eat because everyone is already hungry.

Prepare ready to go snacks made of either fruits or vegetables, or even dried fruit.

The most important part to making it more appealing to eat your fruits and veggies is to make them readily available to eat!
